Thanks for the compliment. As mentioned, Cramer’s V is symmetrical, and so V(X,Y) = V(Y,X), which means the order you pass X and Y doesn’t matter. Look at the heat-map and you’ll see the both combinations yield the same result.
Theil’s U is asymmetric, which means the order does matter — but there’s an example in the text of how to interpret the heat-map (right below it).
